About Us

On Hamilton Street in Ballston Spa, Lodge #2619 has built something harder to find than ever: a room full of people who actually show up for each other. Members host blood drives with the Red Cross, turning the lodge hall into a lifesaving resource for the whole community. That kind of practical generosity is baked into what the Elks do, and it shows in the 4.2-star reputation this lodge has earned from the people who know it best.

The calendar here moves fast. On any given week you might find bingo nights, receptions, birthday celebrations, or a fundraiser quietly raising money for local veterans. The space adapts because the membership is hands-on, and the members themselves are the reason first-time guests keep coming back. Friendly is not a marketing word here, it is what reviewers say unprompted.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks was chartered in 1868, and Lodge #2619 carries that legacy forward with real events and real neighbors, not nostalgia alone. If you have ever wondered what it looks like when a civic organization actually functions the way it is supposed to, this lodge on Hamilton Street is a good place to find out.

What We Offer

Lodge #2619 opens its doors for far more than membership meetings. The hall is a proven venue for community blood drives, private receptions, birthday parties, and milestone celebrations, with the space and the volunteer energy to make each event work.

On the charitable side, the lodge runs ongoing veterans fundraising events that channel real dollars toward the men and women who served. Bingo nights draw regulars from across Ballston Spa and the surrounding Saratoga County area, mixing fun with fundraising in a way that keeps the calendar lively year-round.

Membership itself is the core offering. Prospective members are welcome to come as a guest first, meet the people, see the events, and decide if it fits. Current members can connect anyone interested directly through the lodge's website at elks.org, Lodge Number 2619.

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
